At Loksha Creations, we strive to ensure that every order brings you joy. Since our products are carefully curated and may include handcrafted elements, please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Wrong product was delivered.
• Product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
• Minor variations in color due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
• Handwoven, handcrafted, or artisanal products that may have slight irregularities, which are part of their unique character.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return the product and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
