Shipping Policy

• We ship across India.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
• Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.

Return Policy

• Unpacking video is must to accept return.
• We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. 
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Sarees with blouse stitching, custom alterations, or sale items are not eligible for return.
• To request a return, customers can contact us via WhatsApp or email with their order number and product photos.
• Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after quality check.

Exchange Policy

• Unpacking video is must to accept return.
• Size exchanges are allowed for eligible products like kurta sets.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Customers must raise exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
